Flying from abroad

Forum Picoas is situated in the center of Lisbon.

From the airport, and apart from the taxi service, you can choose two routes:
- Take the subway at the airport (red line) and change lines at Saldanha. At this station change to yellow line (heading toRato) and get off in the next station (Picoas). As soon as you get upstairs from the subway, you will see Forum Picoas building.
- Take the bus 744 (heading to Marquês de Pombal) and get off at Picoas station or take the bus 783 (heading to Amoreiras) and get off at Picoas station

Within Portugal

By bus There are 7 bus lines (www.carris.pt) within Lisbon that have a bus stop at Forum Picoas.
These are:
207 – Cais Sodré - Fetais
727 Estação Roma-Areeiro - Restelo - Av. Descobertas
730 Picheleira (Qta. Lavrado) - Picoas
736 Cais Sodré - Odivelas (B.º Dr. Lima Pimentel)
738 Qta. Barros - Alto Sto. Amaro
44 Marquês Pombal - Moscavide (Qta. Laranjeiras)
83 Amoreiras (C. Comercial) - Portela - R. Mouzinho Albuquerque

From any other place in Portugal you can also take the Expresso bus to Sete Rios, where you can take the subway (blue line). If you take the subway, head towards Santa Apolónia station and change lines at “Marquês de Pombal”. At “Marquês de Pombal” station take the yellow line (heading to Odivelas) and get off at Picoas. Once you get out of the subway, you will see the Forum Picoas building.
By car From the north you will need to take A1 motorway and get in 2nd circular towards the City Center.

Take the exit at “Campo Grande”. Keep right to stay on “Campo Grande” and then turn slightly left to stay at “Campo Grande”. Enter “Avenida da República” and follow through until “Saldanha” square. At “Saldanha” square continue to “AvenidaFontes Pereira de Melo”, where you will see the ForumPicoas building.

From south cross the “25 de Abril Bridge” and take the exit towards “Marquês de Pombal/Centro”. Then, merge onto “AvenidaEngenheiro Duarte Pacheco” and continue onto “Rua Joaquim António de Aguiar” then turn left to AvenidaFontes Pereira de Melo and follow this avenue until you see the Forum Picoas building.
By subway Within Lisbon you can take the subway and get off at Picoas Station (yellow line). You can see the subway routes here
By train From the north of Portugal you can take the train to Santa Apolónia station and then the subway. In the subway change lines at “Marquês de Pombal”. At “Marquês de Pombal” station take the yellow line (heading to Odivelas) and get off at Picoas. Once you get off the subway, you will see the Forum Picoas Building.

From the south of Portugal you can take a train to “Entrecampos” and then get in the subway. Take the yellow line heading to “Rato” and get off at “Picoas” station. Once you get out of the subway, you will see the Forum Picoas Building.

Conference Hotel

If you are attending the Conference you can book a room herewith the following special fees:
Single Room: 76,00 € per night
Double Room: 97,00 € per night
To get from the Hotel to the Conference venue, simply take the subway at “Campo Pequeno” station (in front of the Hotel) and head towards “Rato”. Get offafter two stations at “Picoas”. As soon as you get off the subway, you will see the Forum Picoas building.
